Return & Replacement Policy

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we offer a resolution in the form of a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Replacement Eligibility

You are eligible for a 100% replacement if:

  • You received an item that is different from what was ordered.
  • The product was damaged upon arrival.

For orders with multiple items, partial replacements are available for the affected products. If the purchase was made under a special promotional offer or scheme, specific replacement rules may apply.

Replacement Process

  • A replacement request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging, along with the original invoice or receipt.
  • Photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product may be required to process the request.
  • Once a request is submitted, our team will inspect the case, and if eligible, we will arrange for a replacement.
  • We will cover the shipping costs for returns and replacements. Our logistics partner will collect the item from the provided address.

Important Points to Note

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, only replacements.
  • Secure Packaging: The item must be securely packed before pickup to prevent further damage during transit.
  • Tracking for Replacements: Once your replacement has been approved and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.
