Order Processing Time:
Our team takes 1-2 working days to pack and hand over your order to our logistics partners. Please note that we are unable to process any orders on Sundays and public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Orders generally take 2-8 working days to be delivered, depending on the pin code of the shipping address. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational delays, or high order volumes.
Same-Day Delivery (Hyderabad Only):
We offer same-day delivery in Hyderabad within 10 hours if the order is paid in advance. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for this service.
Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery up to three times. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide a valid mobile number and accurate shipping address while placing your order.
Shipping Charges:
- Orders below Rs.600 are subject to a delivery charge of Rs.80.
- Orders above Rs.600 qualify for free delivery.
Partial Shipments:
Depending on item availability, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have a unique tracking number, which can be tracked under the same order number on the “Track Order” page.
ID Proof Requirement:
Our delivery partners may require a valid ID proof for verification before handing over the package. Please keep a government-approved ID handy when receiving your order.
